Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Personalized or custom-ordered fishing tackle
  • Used fishing apparel (waders, gloves, etc.)
  • Opened packages of terminal tackle (hooks, sinkers, etc.)
  • Commercial fishing equipment that has been installed or used

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
  • No need to use the standard return process for manufacturer defects or shipping errors.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD; exchange rate differences may apply.
