At LP Fishing Shop, we stand behind the quality of our fishing tackle, apparel, and commercial equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personalized or custom-ordered fishing tackle
- Used fishing apparel (waders, gloves, etc.)
- Opened packages of terminal tackle (hooks, sinkers, etc.)
- Commercial fishing equipment that has been installed or used
Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: LP Fishing Shop Returns

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
- No need to use the standard return process for manufacturer defects or shipping errors.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
- Refunds will be issued in USD; exchange rate differences may apply.
