Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
  • Best for: Faster delivery of time-sensitive fishing equipment

Free Economy Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Free on orders over $50 USD
  • Best for: Non-urgent orders where you want to save on shipping costs

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our commercial fishing gear, apparel, and tackle. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

For a return or exchange to be approved:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered fishing tackle
  • Used fishing apparel (waders, gloves, etc.)
  • Opened packages of terminal tackle (hooks, sinkers, etc.)
  • Commercial fishing equipment that has been installed or used

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Method: Processed through original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Purchase price minus any original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • For higher value items: You’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items: We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or wrong product:

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
  • No need to use standard return process for manufacturer defects or shipping errors

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Refunds issued in USD; exchange rate differences may apply
